At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager Quick Service/Fast Food industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of employees, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and engaged in providing excellent guest service.

Exceptional Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory control, food safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand standards.

Staff Development: Lead training initiatives to ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities, and empower them to succeed.

Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant costs, including labor, food, and supplies, and meet or exceed profitability goals.

Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Problem-Solving: Handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of quality.
Qualifications:
-
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a quick-service restaurant, ideally as a Restaurant General Manager or similar position.

Skills: Strong skills in cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and employee training.

Leadership: Ability to motivate, lead, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment.

Customer Focused: A genuine desire to create a great guest experience and ensure team satisfaction.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
