Early Bird Energy is Erie's newest drive-thru beverage experience. Early Bird Energy is a family-owned business built on good energy, great drinks, and a community that actually shows up for each other. We serve energy drinks, dirty sodas, cold brew and more. If you're someone who wakes up ready to go and loves making people's day better, we want to meet you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
→ Craft energy drinks, dirty sodas, and cold brews— fast and consistently great
→ Take orders and deliver the kind of service that makes people smile and come back tomorrow
→ Keep the work area clean, stocked, and running smoothly during your shift
→ Learn the menu inside and out (and help regulars find their go-to order)
→ Be a genuine, upbeat part of the Early Bird vibe every single shift
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ High energy and a naturally positive attitude — no caffeine required (but available)
→ Customer service experience is a plus , BUT you must be willing to engage customers in friendly conversation. We pride ourselves on connecting with people not just selling drinks.
→ Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their role
→ Must be available for consistent MORNING (5:30 AM start!) weekday shifts.
WHAT YOU GET
→$13/hr starting base + pooled tips on every shift. Team members typically earn an additional $3–$5/hour in tips depending on shift
