- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5:30 with occasional flex in hours for special projects.

Essential Duties:
- Perform carpet cleaning and extraction, UTOs, painting, and vacuuming within the community, along with other general physical plant duties.
- Assisting the Maintenance Director with some work orders as directed
- Keeping the grounds and building in good working order
- Preventative maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Must be over 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check.
- Experienced in maintenance or handyman tasks, preferred
- Experience in unit turn overs, painting, carpet care , appreciated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Possess a valid Washington State Drivers License
