Front Desk Associate
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to guests, visitors, and team members. Your organizational skills and office management expertise will ensure smooth daily operations, creating a positive first impression and supporting administrative functions across the property. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and customer service skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Requirements:
- Must have prior experience or working knowledge of Opera PMS and/or HotelKey PMS system
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced front desk environment
- Basic computer proficiency and administrative skills
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Operate multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records using Opera and/or HotelKey PMS
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Pay: $13.75 - $14.00 per hour
