A busy, popular and well-established Fairfield restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager. The right candidate has a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong customer service skills, and must be a strong team leader.
The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and actively ensuring a superior guest experience through top-notch food, beverage, and service. Manages an entire team in both the front and back of the house by organizing, planning and directing service and support in all aspects of the daily operations.
Duties included, but not limited to:
-ordering, inventory, staffing/scheduling, hiring/firing, leading service training and education, containing/reducing costs while increasing sales, effectively responding to and handling guest experiences, event coordinating etc...
Pay: $70,055.02 - $84,367.34 per year
