We’re a small team in the Grand Haven area that cares about the craft and takes pride in growing quality flower. Looking for someone with 2-3 years of cultivation experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, fast and efficient, and passionate about the industry.
This is a hands-on role, so you need to be comfortable with the regular cultivation work as well as jumping in when equipment issues come up.
Experience with any of the following is a big plus:
- Cultivation equipment
- METRC
- General maintenance/problem solving
- Cannabis Plant Science
Must have a positive attitude, be on time, work well with a team or solo, pay attention to the little details, and not be afraid of heavy lifting or getting dirty. Must be at least 21 by law to work in this industry.
Job duties include:
- Harvest, bucking, trimming, defoliation, propagation, transplanting
- Trellis training
- Equipment maintenance
- Cleaning
- Packaging
- Working on ladders
- METRC
- Sending out orders
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
