Georgia Medicaid Behavioral Health Agency Partnership
New Leaf Peer Support LLC is seeking an established Georgia behavioral health organization for a compliant company-to-company partnership as we expand services into Georgia.
This is a strategic partnership opportunity for the owner, executive director, or authorized representative of an existing behavioral health agency. This is not a W-2 employment position.
About New Leaf
New Leaf Peer Support LLC provides behavioral health, peer recovery, case-management, resource-navigation, and community-stabilization support for adults experiencing mental-health challenges, substance-use disorders, homelessness, housing instability, and reentry from incarceration.
Partnership Opportunity
We are seeking a Georgia organization that already has the approvals, infrastructure, and clinical leadership necessary to provide one or more of the following services:
- Mental-health assessments and treatment planning
- Individual and group therapy
- Mental-health intensive outpatient services
- Substance-use treatment and intensive outpatient services
- Peer-support services
- Community-support services
- Case management and care coordination
- Recovery-support services
- Discharge and aftercare planning
All services must be limited to those for which the partner organization is properly licensed, enrolled, credentialed, contracted, and authorized.
Required Organizational Qualifications
The organization must have:
- Active Georgia Medicaid enrollment through GAMMIS
- Applicable DBHDD approval or provider status
- An approved Georgia service location
- Active contracts or credentialing with applicable Georgia Medicaid managed-care plans
- Licensed Georgia clinical leadership and qualified supervisors
- The ability to credential and affiliate rendering practitioners properly
- Established policies for clinical documentation, treatment planning, authorizations, quality assurance, incident reporting, billing, and audits
- Professional and general liability insurance
- A satisfactory compliance history with no current exclusions, suspensions, or unresolved material sanctions
- The ability to provide transparent claim, payment, denial, and remittance reporting
Partner Responsibilities
The selected organization would:
- Maintain clinical responsibility for services billed through its organization
- Verify staff qualifications and complete all required affiliations and credentialing
- Oversee assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, authorizations, supervision, and documentation
- Review claims for accuracy and compliance before submission
- Maintain required clinical records and participate in audits
- Collaborate with New Leaf on program development, staffing, outreach, and daily operations
- Provide clear payment and remittance reporting under a written agreement

- Peer-support and recovery-oriented program development
- Staffing recruitment and operational support
- Intake coordination and client engagement
- Housing and community-resource navigation maintained separately from Medicaid billing
- Experience supporting adults affected by homelessness, behavioral-health conditions, substance use, and reentry
Compliance Statement
New Leaf is not seeking to rent, purchase, borrow, or improperly use another organization’s Medicaid provider number, license, contracts, or credentials.
Any partnership must be established through a written, legally reviewed agreement that clearly defines clinical responsibility, billing, staffing, documentation, record ownership, payment, audit liability, insurance, compliance, termination, and transition responsibilities. All required owners, managing employees, subcontractors, practitioners, service locations, and services must be disclosed and approved as required.
Compensation
Compensation and the division of operational responsibilities will be negotiated based on the partner’s approved services, clinical responsibilities, staffing, billing infrastructure, compliance obligations, and geographic coverage.
No payment will be made solely for referrals or for the use of a Medicaid number, license, or payer contract.

Qualified organizations will be invited to a confidential introductory meeting with New Leaf leadership.
Pay: $35.33 - $42.55 per hour
