Position Overview:
Woehner, LLC is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, onsite position with eligibility to work remotely one day per week after successfully completing the introductory period. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include answering phones, processing purchase orders (PO’s), generating packing slips, responding to requests for quotations (RFQ’s), and addressing questions or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Process and enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer RFQs, providing timely and accurate information
- Track customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Create and process return merchandise authorizations (RMA’s) and credit memos
- Address customer questions and concerns, providing clear and helpful responses
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
- Releasing orders to shipping/printing packing slips
- Entering and maintaining sales opportunities in CRM
- Assist sales reps and managers with various requests
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
