Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated IT Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, managing databases, creating technical documentation, and providing technical support across multiple platforms. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring accuracy, security, and performance.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and system procedures.
- Install, configure, and support various computer systems and software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Work effectively across multiple computer platforms and operating systems.
- Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and updates.
- Assist with technology projects and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Maintain data integrity and follow company security protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience with computer operations and IT support.
- Knowledge of database management and maintenance.
- Ability to prepare clear and accurate technical documentation.
- Experience working with multiple computer platforms and operating systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a plus:
- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
- Korean
- Hindi
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
