We are hiring Pit Crew Associates to operate/run simulators, guide drivers, and deliver an unforgettable high-energy customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Launch and manage racing sessions
- Sales
- Troubleshoot PC software and hardware quickly
- Monitor live sessions and keep race flow moving
- Help new drivers feel confident and engaged
- Maintain a high-energy, professional environment
- Deliver a premium guest experience that drives repeat visits
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need professional racing experience — but you must be comfortable around racing and technology, have some experience with sim racing and customer service.
Strong candidates have:
- Experience in motorsports or sim racing
- Familiarity with Assetto Corsa
- Comfort using PCs and troubleshooting basic tech issues
- Ability to stay alert and focused in busy environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High energy and a proactive attitude
Bonus points if you:
- Have built or configured gaming PCs
- Have experience with racing sims
- Have track day experience
