Job Summary:
We’re seeking a compassionate, diligent, and forward-thinking APP to join our respected clinical team. This is your opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients’ lives while working alongside collaborative professionals who value innovation and quality care.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic pulmonary conditions.
- Specialize in pulmonary medicine, including interpretation of chest X-rays, CT scans, and PFTs.
- Emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management, working with patients to educate and empower them to take control of their health.
- Initiate treatment plans, evaluate responses to therapy, and adjust treatments as needed to optimize patient health.
- Collaborate closely with referring physicians, as well as Nimbus physicians, to ensure continuity of care.
- Foster strong relationships with local providers to expand patient referral networks.
- Keep accurate, timely documentation aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Stay compliant with HIPAA, OSHA, and other clinical practice standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) with current board certification.
- 2+ years’ experience, with strong preference for pulmonary, critical care, or cardiology experience.
- Knowledge in sleep medicine is a plus.
- Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume, collaborative healthcare settings.
- Ability to complete 100 patient visits per 5-day work week (adjusted if part-time schedule), closing charts by the end of each day.
- Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and documentation skills.
- Clear, empathetic communicator who thrives in team-based environments.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
