The Residential Program Manager oversees four Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and one Supervised Living Program II for Orangeburg County DSN Board. This position supervises managers of these facilities, ensures all facilities maintain federal, state, and local standards for operations and licensing. Implements, reviews and monitors compliance for all residents of facilities managed and is responsible for any plans of corrections that are required. This is a full-time position requiring at minimum a Bachelor's Degree in human service field of study from an accredited college or university, 3-5 years of supervision, and experience working directly with persons with an intellectual disability or a related disability. Pay: $54,080.00 - $62,400.00 per year
