Assistant Case Manager

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Case Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Case Manager in handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.
- Frequent client communication to provide updates, gather information, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Assisting with medical records review, analysis, and coordination with medical providers.
- Organizing case files and preparing them for submission to the demand department.
- Managing and maintaining case data in our case management system.
- Property Damage: Handling and assisting with property damage claims, including coordination with insurance companies, repair shops, and rental car providers.
We’re looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications:
- Experience: Ideally, 2+ years of personal injury case management experience, with a focus on pre-litigation cases.
- Detail-Oriented: attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: A positive, professional demeanor with strong client relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Volume Management: Proven ability to handle a large caseload effectively
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 60 words per minute.
