We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who embodies warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Patient Experience
- Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional first impression
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Educate patients on services, packages, memberships, and current promotions
- Assist patients with treatment plans and pre/post-care instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calm front office environment
Administrative & Coordination
- Manage intake forms, consent documents, and patient records
- Coordinate with providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Handle payments, memberships, and retail product sales
- Maintain accuracy within EMR systems
- Support daily clinic operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ year of front desk, patient coordinator, or client-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work some evenings and weekends
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in a med spa, medical office, or aesthetic practice
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., PatientNow, AestheticsPro, Boulevard)
- Sales or customer service experience in a wellness or beauty setting
