Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on workshop technician and several skilled workers with a solid mechanical background. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machining and CNC equipment to ensure products meet quality standards. We expect you to have a basic understanding of machining processes, tool selection, and blueprint reading to collaborate effectively with the team. Also if you have strong interesting and a little bit experience in the machine operating, welcome to come us and we’ll have a good training on it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes, gear hobbing machines, and other processing equipment to produce parts according to process sheets and engineering drawings.
- Perform simple equipment setup, tool changes, and routine maintenance; report any irregularities promptly.
- Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers) for self-inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy and precision.
- Comply with workshop safety regulations and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Assist engineers in new product trials and small-batch production runs.
Qualifications:
- Technical secondary school or vocational school graduate; majors in Mechanical Manufacturing or CNC Technology preferred.
- Familiar with basic machining workflows and CNC operation panels; basic knowledge of programming commands is a plus.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand fundamental concepts such as tolerances and surface roughness.
- Basic tool usage knowledge and safety awareness; 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, physically capable, and flexible to work overtime as needed.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
