Aura Medical Wellness is seeking a professional, client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our Orlando practice. This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity for an esthetician who would like to provide skincare and facial services in a professional wellness setting without paying a fixed room-rental fee.

Compensation
- Commission-only position; no hourly base pay
- Esthetician receives 40% of collected service revenue
- Aura Medical Wellness retains 60% to cover the treatment room, scheduling, front desk support, payment processing, marketing, equipment, and applicable supplies
- Estimated annual earning potential: $35,000–$70,000, based on client volume and services performed
Responsibilities
- Perform permitted non-medical skincare and facial services within Florida scope of practice
- Conduct professional client consultations and recommend appropriate skincare services
- Maintain a clean, organized, client-ready treatment room
- Follow all sanitation, safety, documentation, and clinic policies
- Build client relationships, encourage rebooking, and support referrals
- Collaborate professionally with the Aura Medical Wellness team
Requirements
- Active Florida Facial Specialist, Full Specialist, or Cosmetology license
- Experience in facials, skincare, and esthetic services preferred
- Current professional liability insurance preferred
- Strong client-service and communication skills
- Existing clientele is a plus
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor and complete required onboarding documentation
This role is limited to non-medical services within the candidate’s Florida licensure and approved scope of practice. Medical procedures, injections, and laser/IPL services are not included.
Pay: $35,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
