This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, urgency, and the ability to manage both people and operations during dinner, late-night, and weekend shifts.

- Leadership experience preferred
- Restaurant or pizza experience is a plus
- Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized during busy rushes
- Someone who leads by example and holds high standards
Shift Manager Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the team during shifts

Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality food production

Coach employees and maintain a positive work environment

Handle customer service issues professionally

Manage labor, food quality, and shift execution

Assist with inventory, prep, and stocking

Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed

Help open and close the restaurant

Jump into any position when needed — pizza making, phones, ovens, dishes, or customer service
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available nights and weekends

Late-night availability is required

Shifts may run as late as:
o 11PM during the week
o 1AM or later on weekends
- Closing availability is highly preferred
