This Is More Than Just a Cleaning Job!
J&F Facility Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Utility Commercial Cleaner to join our team.
This position is not for everyone. We are looking for someone with experience in commercial carpet cleaning and floor care, including floor stripping and waxing, who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of attention to detail.
This position will perform regular commercial cleaning in addition to specialty cleaning and floor-care projects. You will not be doing special projects every day—you will also be responsible for routine commercial cleaning duties at customer locations.
Responsibilities Include:
- Commercial carpet cleaning and extraction
- Commercial floor cleaning and maintenance
- Floor stripping, waxing, and finishing
- Hard-floor care and maintenance
- Window cleaning
- Regular commercial janitorial cleaning
- Restroom and facility cleaning
- Deep cleaning and specialty cleaning
- Construction and post-construction cleaning
- Operating professional cleaning equipment
- Traveling to different customer locations
- Maintaining company equipment and vehicles
- Completing work to J&F's quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Previous commercial carpet cleaning experience required
- Previous commercial floor stripping and waxing experience required
- Strong knowledge of commercial floor-care procedures and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and dependable work history
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive company vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel between customer locations
- Willingness to work some weekends throughout the year
- Willingness to perform both regular cleaning and specialty cleaning work
