What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms.
- Conduct candidate conversations to understand experience, career goals, and potential fit.
- Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries.
- Develop expertise in a specific market and stay current on industry trends.
- Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.
