Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience)
About Us
Alpine Lanes & Avalanche Grill is a locally owned, single-location 16-lane bowling center and casual dining restaurant located in Muskego, Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, great food and drinks, and a fun atmosphere in our unique log cabin setting.
Our facility features bowling, a full-service restaurant and bar, and sand volleyball courts. Whether guests are joining us for dinner, drinks, bowling, or volleyball, our goal is to deliver an outstanding experience every time.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Supervisor/Bartender to join our management team. This position is ideal for someone with bartending experience who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, support staff, ensure excellent customer service, and help maintain a smooth and efficient operation throughout the facility.
No bowling industry experience is required—we will provide training on all bowling center operations and basic pinsetter troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Work the bowling counter during league and open bowling sessions (training provided)
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic pinsetter issues (training provided)
- Supervise bartenders and servers during shifts
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately
- Facilitate takeout orders and food service operations
- Bartend and provide exceptional guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Support restaurant, bar, and bowling operations as needed
- Lead by example and help create a positive team culture
Qualifications Required
- Previous experience supervising bartenders and/or servers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Weekend and evening availability
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bartending
