- We are seeking an experienced and professional Lead Hostess to join our team at a high-volume, upscale restaurant. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage guest flow while maintaining a warm and polished first impression.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the host team during service
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Ensure smooth guest flow and table rotation
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and composure
- Coordinate closely with management, servers, and kitchen team
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Train and support new host team members
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years hosting experience (lead experience preferred)
- Experience with reservation platforms (OpenTable, SevenRooms, Resy, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability (including weekends and evenings)
