3rd Shift Premium:
This position is scheduled on 3rd shift and includes a 20% shift differential on the base rate.
Summary:
- To operate CNC EDM wire machines to support medical device manufacturing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate EDM machines within the department.
- Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in process inspection plans.
- Continuously monitor equipment and tooling. In the event of a breakdown or other event that would disrupt the process, notify department manager to resolve the problem.
- Follow the instructions on the setup sheet, drawings and/or programs.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with Seabrook Quality System procedures.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience operating CNC EDM machines, including FANUC Robocut Wire EDM, preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong mechanical and trouble shooting ability.
- Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Physical Demands:
- Light to moderate physical exertion required
- Lifting/carrying Maximum lbs.: 50
- Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
