Kedia Law is a growing Phoenix-based family law practice focused on child custody, child support, and divorce. We help people find their way forward when relationships are ending, balancing facts and feelings to reach thoughtful, fair resolutions that feel right for you and your family.

The Role
This is a hands-on paralegal role supporting attorneys across family law matters from initial filing through resolution. You will play a key part in helping clients feel supported while keeping cases moving forward. This is an active role for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays organized, follows through, and consistently shows up.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Support attorneys in managing family law matters from initial filing through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, disclosures, and client correspondence for attorney review
- Maintain organized case files, calendars, deadlines, and filings
- Handle Arizona e-filing and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
- Prepare discovery, disclosures, and case documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with hearing and trial preparation (exhibits, binders, timelines, and logistics)
- Communicate with clients, keeping them informed, prepared, and supported
- Track billable time and contribute to overall case flow and efficiency
What You Bring
- 5+ years of paralegal experience (family law strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of Arizona family law procedures and court systems
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Experience supporting litigation and managing multiple active cases
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
- Clear, professional communication with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Preferred
- Experience with Clio or similar case management systems
- Notary Public (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
