As an AT&T Account Representative, you will oversee customer accounts, assist with service-related questions, provide account support, and help ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their time with AT&T services. This role focuses heavily on communication, organization, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Account Representative:
- Manage customer accounts and provide ongoing support related to AT&T Internet and Wireless services.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, account updates, and service-related concerns.
- Assist customers with account setup, service adjustments, and general troubleshooting needs.
- Maintain accurate customer records, account notes, and follow-up communication using internal systems.
- Help ensure a smooth onboarding experience by guiding customers through account processes and addressing any issues that arise.
- Coordinate with team members and leadership to maintain high customer support standards and efficient account management practices.
- Monitor customer account activity and provide timely follow-up to support long-term customer satisfaction.
