How You Will Make an Impact

Execute complex commercial electrical installations in precise alignment with project specifications and local codes.
- Utilize advanced conduit bending skills to efficiently route power systems across commercial job sites.
- Lead daily site operations and directly supervise assigned apprentices to ensure steady workflow and high-quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, and site crews using a team-centric "we, not I" mindset.
- Maintain clear daily communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, material needs, and site challenges.
- Mentor junior electricians on technical techniques, job site safety, and efficient installation standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Active, state-issued Journeyman Electrician license.
- Extensive hands-on experience in commercial electrical field operations work.
- Expert-level conduit bending capabilities and proficiency in reading commercial blueprints and schematics.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising apprentices and taking charge on job sites.
- Possession of a strong team-first attitude with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% for project requirements within the service area.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of progressive electrical experience within commercial construction.
- Completion of an accredited trade school or formal electrical technical program.
- Specialized experience in low-voltage or advanced commercial electrical systems.
