About Us
Organics Salon & Spa is a full-service Aveda salon in Pflugerville serving the Pflugerville, Round Rock, and greater Austin communities. Under new ownership since January 2026, we are growing our team and investing in education, culture, and the careers of our stylists. We offer a full menu of hair services including cuts, Aveda color, balayage, texture services, barbering, and bridal — plus a growing spa side with facials, waxing, and lash and brow services.

Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Texas Cosmetologist (required)
- Stylists at any experience level — from recent graduates ready to build a book to seasoned professionals ready for a new home
- Passion for the craft and a genuine interest in making clients feel confident
- Team players who want to be part of something growing
- Experience with Aveda products and color is a plus, but not required — we’ll train you
A Day at Organics
You’ll work alongside a diverse team of experienced stylists, a master barber, and dedicated front desk staff in a professional, welcoming environment. Every service starts with a personalized consultation and includes a scalp massage and custom finishing style. We take pride in doing things right — healthy hair, honest recommendations, and real relationships with our clients.
