Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is an on-site, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role. This is not a typical customer service position. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging with customers and takes pride in helping bring their unique requests to life. A genuine interest in pastry or the culinary arts would certainly be the cherry on top.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with customers to transform complex or custom requests into practical, on-budget solutions
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist with final assembly of customer orders
- Present and display products for sale in the retail area
- Provide friendly, attentive service that reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
Compensation & Perks
