Do you have a heart for the earliest learners with a passion for helping them grow during their most important developmental years? Our licensed childcare center is looking for nurturing, dependable Infant and Toddler teachers to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide responsive, loving care to infants and/or toddlers up to age 2.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with families
- Create a safe, calm, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Support early learning through play, routines, and sensory experiences
- Maintain daily communication logs and follow all licensing and safety guidelines
- Work collaboratively with co‑teachers and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or similar setting
- Ability to follow DHS licensing requirements and center policies
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑oriented attitude
- Reliability, patience, and genuine love for early childhood education
- CPR/First Aid and required training
- Current OSBI background check for childcare
