Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Hybrid)
Pay-rate: $22-26/hr.
Duration: 6 months contract to start
Client: Large Banking
Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will help support new hires and managers through the onboarding process while ensuring compliance with employment requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding for new hires and managers
- Process and review I-9 documentation for compliance
- Manage onboarding cases and respond to employee questions
- Escalate issues when needed
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines
- Assist with audits and documentation checks
- Use Workday and ServiceNow to track onboarding activities
- Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in HR onboarding
- Knowledge of Form I-9 requirements
