Pack N' Go Movers is hiring Seasonal Movers / Student Housing Move-In Crew Members for student housing projects in Downtown Austin.
This is fast-paced, physical work helping students and families move into their apartments.
No moving experience required. We will train the right people.
We're looking for people who are:

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet students and families
- Unload cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Load belongings onto rolling moving carts
- Move boxes and belongings through elevators and hallways
- Deliver and unload items into student apartments
- Push and maneuver loaded moving carts
- Help keep move-in operations moving quickly and efficiently
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Unload. Move. Reset. Go again.
This is a high-volume, physically active job.
PAY & SCHEDULE
Base Pay: $20–$26/hour
Tips: Available on applicable projects
Potential Earnings: Up to $300+ per day depending on hours, base pay, tips, and applicable compensation
Project Dates: August 10th–22nd, 2026
Typical Shifts: 10–12 hours
Expected Hours: Approximately 40–60 hours per week during peak schedules
Location: Downtown Austin, TX
Applicants with strong availability throughout August 10th–22nd may have more opportunities for scheduled hours.
Hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on project needs. Overtime will be paid when required by applicable law.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires prolonged standing and walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and repetitive material handling.
Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
Some assignments may involve team lifting or handling items weighing approximately 75–100 lbs.
You should be comfortable working active 10–12 hour shifts, including indoor and outdoor work during August in Austin.

Applicants Must Meet The Following Criteria For Hire:
- Must be able to work at least 3 days per week
- Must be able to have a reliable means of transportation via car
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older to be a moving specialist
- Must have excellent customer service skills and an eagerness to learn
- Must be able to pass background check and a urinalysis drug screen
- Must be able to lift 100 lbs intermittently
- Must be punctual and remain professional at all times
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
