Scranton Craftsmen is seeking an outside Sales Associate to add to our team. We are a Scranton area manufacturer of precast concrete products, custom railing, steel and ready-mix concrete and cover a 75-mile radius of the Scranton area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process inbound orders, quotes, and customer inquiries
- Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch and installation teams
- Maintain and update order tracking systems
- Route and follow up on leads with contractors and homeowners
- Conduct on-site visits to support sales and maintain customer relationships
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist in expanding existing accounts
- Ensure clear communication between customers, sales, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Working both in an office and in the field
- Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Basic math skills for pricing, measurements, and order accuracy
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, logistics, or construction preferred
Compensation
Salary from $36,000 plus commission structure based on sales performance.
