Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide to join our school district. In this role, you will support classroom teachers and students with disabilities. Responsibilities
- Assist classroom teachers with daily instructional activities,.
- Support students with disabilities or special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management techniques.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging participation, managing classroom behavior, and promoting respectful interactions.
- Prepare educational materials, proofread student work, and help organize classroom resources for effective lesson delivery.
- Supervise children during activities, recess, lunch breaks, and transitions to ensure safety and engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialists to monitor student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
