Position Summary:
This position represents the restaurant with the highest levels of hospitality, professionalism and sanitation safety in a fine dining atmosphere. A Bartender must interact with restaurant guests, staff members, and management in a professional and collaborative manner to create an exemplary and safe bar and dining experience. Provides food and drinks to guests in an efficient, timely and friendly manner. A guest’s cocktail or bar experience should be equally enjoyable as their food experience. Organizational skills, consistent quality and service delivery, the ability to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure are essential. Being responsive and sensitive to guest needs as well as possessing an excellent sense of timing are important.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Possess excellent communication skills with management, servers, team members and guests.

Able to clearly and accurately communicate with guests and co-workers in English (including reading, writing, and speaking).
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

Excellent time management and organizational skills and be able to multi-task.

Knowledge of all menu items served at restaurant, as well as general knowledge of food, wine, and other beverages.

Knowledge of standard and classic restaurant service procedures including wine service.

Must be a team player.

Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and sanitation skills according to Department of Health standards for hygiene and safe food handling.

Knowledge of sanitation protocols issued by Center for Disease Control

TiPS Certification is required.
