American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PACU position in Billings, MT, requiring a Montana or Compact RN license and a minimum of 1 year of PACU experience.

Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) within a regional hospital setting
-
Day shift, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
-
40 hours per week, 4 days per week

Epic EMR used for charting
-
Floating to other departments may be required based on business need
-
On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required
-
Active MT or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of PACU experience required

Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS — all must be AHA-issued and must not expire prior to the start of the assignment

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

Date of birth and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care in the post-anesthesia setting
-
Performs health teaching, counseling, patient referrals, and reviews therapy and treatment plans

Documents in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines

Candidates who have been permanent staff at any Intermountain facility must have been separated for at least 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
