For over a decade, we’ve built our reputation on artistry, precision, and flavor. We’re now looking for a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team and help us deliver show-stopping cakes at the highest possible standards.
What We’re Looking For

1+ years of professional cake decorating experience (wedding and custom cakes preferred)
- Strong skills in buttercream, fondant, and piping techniques
- Ability to execute both classic and modern cake designs with precision
- Experience decorating cupcakes and smaller desserts with creative flair
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
- A positive, collaborative attitude and pride in craftsmanship
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays
Responsibilities

Decorate wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and cupcakes to Sweet Treets’ design standards
- Work with the bakery team to ensure flawless execution of custom orders
- Collaborate with clients’ design requests and bring creative visions to life
- Maintain consistency, precision, and attention to detail across all products
- Assist with production, preparation, and finishing work as needed
- Keep decorating tools and workspace clean and organized
