Straight Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, compassionate, and dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing practice. We specialize in the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Technique, helping patients improve their health naturally through precise chiropractic care.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has exceptional customer service skills, and wants to be part of a positive, purpose-driven healthcare team. Experience is appreciated but not required, we are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Collect payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with patient education and office flow
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized office
- Assist the doctor with patient care as needed
- Perform light administrative duties and data entry
- Support social media or marketing efforts (a plus, but not required)
Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable learning new software and office systems
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or wellness office
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
- CPR Certification
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Approximately 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Additional hours may become available as the practice continues to grow.
Compensation
