Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: $25.00/hr

This position is designed for a motivated professional who can seamlessly transition between supporting high-quality manufacturing production and ensuring our facility equipment remains in peak operating condition. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical aptitude for equipment repairs and a background in industrial material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance Support: Perform routine machine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Equipment Repair: Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
- Production Assistance: Support fabrication and assembly processes, ensuring parts are processed for quality and readiness.
- Facility Upkeep: Monitor and replenish machine fluids (coolant, water, and oil) and manage chip bin replacement to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Documentation: Verify product counts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy in material receiving.
Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and the ability to perform basic equipment repairs.
- Trade Knowledge: A background in trades such as welding, carpentry, or masonry is highly preferred.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a technical trade program (e.g., Welding or Mechanics) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong reliability and the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physical labor, including loading/unloading freight and performing standing tasks for the duration of the shift.
