About the Role
We are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist who is passionate about orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and working with motivated patients. This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth in a non-corporate, clinician-led environment.
You will have the opportunity to treat a highly engaged patient population, use your clinical judgment without productivity-driven micromanagement, and grow alongside a team that genuinely enjoys working together.
What You’ll Do
- Treat patients one-on-one
- Evaluate and manage orthopedic & sports cases
- Build individualized treatment plans
- Document efficiently using AI tools
- Collaborate with mentors and team members
What We’re Looking For
- DPT degree
- Licensed or license-eligible PT
- Interest in sports & orthopedic rehab
- Strong communication skills
- Coachable, motivated, team-oriented
