What You'll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll work directly with our customers throughout Northern New Jersey to diagnose problems, provide solutions, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
You'll:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light-commercial HVAC systems
- Perform heating and cooling service calls, maintenance visits, tune-ups, and system inspections
- Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, boilers, and related equipment
- Perform thorough diagnostics to identify the root cause of system issues
- Explain findings clearly and professionally to homeowners
- Provide customers with repair, upgrade, and replacement options when appropriate
- Help customers understand their options so they can make the best decision for their home
- Complete approved repairs professionally, safely, and to a high standard
- Document equipment, findings, repairs, recommendations, notes, and photos through ServiceTitan
- Communicate with our dispatch and management team throughout the day
- Maintain your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Leave every customer's home clean and treated with respect

We're Looking for Technicians Who Take Pride in Their Work

- Has residential HVAC service or troubleshooting experience
- Is comfortable working with heating and cooling systems
- Enjoys solving problems and figuring out what's actually wrong
- Takes pride in quality workmanship

- Can explain technical issues in a simple, professional way
- Is comfortable providing customers with multiple solutions when appropriate
- Is organized and willing to properly document service calls
- Can use an iPad and field-service software
- Is dependable and professional
- Takes safety seriously
- Works well independently but also wants to be part of a team
- Is coachable and wants to continue improving

Valid driver's license required.
EPA certification preferred.
