Job Overview
Are you a naturally bubbly, high-energy person who loves working with kids? We are looking for an enthusiastic Preschool & Recreational Gymnastics Coach to join our team! In this role, you will be the highlight of the week for our youngest athletes (ages 3–8). Your main goal will be to deliver fun, safe, and wildly engaging classes that teach basic movement, coordination, and gymnastics fundamentals.

Available Shifts
- Weekday mornings (Monday through Thursday 8:30AM - 12:30PM)
- Weekday mornings (Monday through Thursday 2:30PM - 6:30PM)
- Saturdays (8:30AM - 12:30PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead with Energy: Teach high-energy, structured gymnastics classes for children aged 3–8, using imagination, games, and music to keep them engaged.
- Skill Development: Introduce foundational gymnastics skills (forward rolls, balancing, swinging, jumping) in a way that is age-appropriate and fun.
- Safety First: Actively spot children, manage group behavior, and maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
- Set Up & Clean Up: Assist in setting up creative circuits and stations before class and keeping the gym tidy.
- Parent Communication: Greet parents warmly before and after class, providing positive feedback on their child's progress.
What We Are Looking For
- An Outgoing Personality: You are charismatic, loud (in a good way!), patient, and not afraid to act silly to get a 4-year-old to smile.
- Experience with Kids: Background in preschool education, daycare, youth sports, camp counseling, or child care is highly preferred.
- Gymnastics Background: Experience in gymnastics, cheer, or dance is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right personality!
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to bring 100% energy to every shift.
