Essential Duties:

Prepares and meets with the Department of Health and the Bureau of Human Services Licensing and the Office of Developmental Programs as needed

Develops and oversees implementation of quality performance systems including but not limited to announced or unannounced chart reviews, on-site observations and incident reviews.

Tracks plans of correction and follow-up with compliance.

Attends and participates in Quality team meetings and Safety meetings as appropriate.

Provides oversight of the Incident Management System.

Manages EIM system and related timelines.
-
Coordinate the assignment of investigations and ensure the completion of all required documents and meetings.

Conducts certified investigations as needed
-
Attends regular departmental meetings including management meetings as needed.
-
Demonstrates working knowledge of ICF/ID, 6400, 6500, 2380, and 2390 and 6100 regulations.

Develops trend analysis for teams upon request.

Conducts quarterly certified investigator peer reviews as scheduled.
-
Participate in chart and site audits, incident and fire drill audits and site audits as needed.

All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required and five years experience in a professional or management capacity with a knowledge of regulatory requirements and the Incident Management Bulletin. Must be a Certified Investigator. Driver’s license required.
