Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
- Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel, ensuring efficient team management and high morale
- Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences, incorporating fine dining techniques and catering requirements
- Oversee food production processes, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish served
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste through effective cost control measures
- Enforce strict food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and sanitizing practices to maintain compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate banquet, catering, and restaurant service operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Monitor shift operations to ensure smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and adherence to budgetary goals
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role within the food industry, with a strong background in fine dining environments
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and culinary trends
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams within high-volume kitchens or hospitality settings
- Experience managing inventory control systems and implementing cost-saving strategies
- Familiarity with food safety standards such as HACCP or equivalent sanitizing procedures
- Prior involvement in catering events or banquet services is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work culture
