We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pipe Engineer - II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, analyzing, and overseeing piping systems for industrial projects. Your expertise will help ensure that all piping solutions meet industry standards and project specifications while adhering to safety and quality protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex engineering projects within a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Develop detailed piping layouts and mechanical designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks and Creo, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards like ASME codes & standards
- Conduct root cause analysis on piping system issues to identify underlying problems and implement effective solutions
- Prepare schematics and system design documentation for manufacturing and construction teams
- Collaborate with project teams on scheduling tasks related to pipe installation, testing, and commissioning
- Perform mechanical analysis incorporating GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) principles for precise component fabrication
- Support manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance on mechanical knowledge, CAD drafting, and mechanical design best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with relevant experience in piping or systems engineering or substantial field engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, CAD drafting (SolidWorks, Creo), and schematic development
- Experience with project scheduling, root cause analysis, and system design methodologies
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), Arduino platforms, LabVIEW, MATLAB, Simulink, and CNC machining processes
- Working knowledge of ASME codes & standards applicable to piping systems and mechanical components
- Proficiency in FEA software for structural analysis and stress testing of piping systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
