As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care, oversee clinical operations during your shift, and ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. You will serve as a leader and resource for nursing staff while promoting a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, residents' families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
- Respond to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns.
- Participate in care planning and resident assessments.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
