Position Overview
A growing home improvement and construction-related company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator & Customer Relations Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, field personnel, and management.
Primary Responsibilities
· Answer incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
· Communicate with customers regarding project status, scheduling, and updates.
· Follow up with customers before and after site checks, service calls, and installations.
· Schedule site checks, service calls, installations, and project appointments.
· Maintain and update installation, service, and production calendars daily.
· Enter and maintain customer information and job records.
· Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed.
· Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
· Enter invoices, payments, and customer information into QuickBooks.
· Collect customer payments and maintain payment records.
· Track material deliveries and project readiness.
· Support company growth initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of office administration experience preferred.
· Strong customer service and communication skills.
· Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Professional appearance and demeanor.
· Construction, home improvement, or service industry experience is a plus.
