Job description:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will specialize in recruiting for light industrial, clerical, and skilled positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for light industrial, clerical, and skilled roles.
- Conduct interviews, background checks, and reference checks to ensure candidate suitability.
- Manage high-volume staffing needs, filling multiple positions quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of job orders, candidate placements, and client needs.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely submission for temporary staff.
- Handle injury reports and workers' compensation claims in compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with the branch team to meet staffing goals and exceed client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies during the hiring and employment processes.
- Provide excellent customer service to both candidates and clients, resolving issues promptly.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in high-volume recruiting light industrial positions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
