Duties
- Deliver comprehensive classroom and hands-on welding instruction tailored to diverse student needs and backgrounds
- Develop, update, and implement course curricula that incorporate industry standards, OSHA safety regulations, and emerging technologies
- Assess student progress through practical demonstrations, written assessments, and project evaluations; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement
- Collaborate with industry partners and colleagues to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with current manufacturing and construction practices
