The Bridges at Rancho Santa Fe is entering an exciting new chapter. We are launching a brand-new Food and Beverage operation inside our newly renovated, multimillion dollar clubhouse, and we are building the team that will bring it to life from the ground up.

Open Positions
- Server | Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m.
- Bartender | Thursday through Sunday, 2:00 p.m. to approximately 10:00 p.m.
- Host / Hostess | Varies by shift
- Food Runner | Varies by shift
- Busser | Varies by shift
What You'll Do
Depending on your role, you will be responsible for delivering seamless, personalized dining experiences to our club members and their guests. From greeting and seating to tableside service and beverage knowledge, every member of our Front of House team plays a vital role in upholding The Bridges' elevated standards of hospitality inside a stunning, newly renovated clubhouse setting.
What We're Looking For
- Must have prior experience in a fine dining restaurant, country club, or resort setting (experience requirements vary by role)
- Servers and Bartenders must have a solid working knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer
- Bartenders must hold or be able to obtain RBS Certification
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Food Handlers Card
- Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Must be able to remain on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. through a busy dining environment
- Courteous, dependable, detail-oriented, and a genuine team player
