About the Position
In Office. This is a full-service operations leadership role responsible for the successful day-to-day execution of revenue cycle functions. The Revenue Cycle Operations Manager directly manages teams, ensures work is completed accurately and on time, and holds staff accountable to defined workflows, productivity, and quality standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
People Leadership & Accountability
- Directly manage billing, follow-up, posting, and support staff
- Lead onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
- Set clear expectations and drive accountability for quality and productivity
- Build a stable, engaged, and reliable team
Operational Execution & Accuracy
- Oversee daily execution of full revenue cycle workflows
- Ensure work is completed correctly, not just quickly
- Actively manage work queues and priorities
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and payer rules
- Perform routine quality checks and address errors promptly
- Maintain compliance with internal standards
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor KPIs including Clean Claim Rate, Denial Rate, Claims Touch Rate, Aging
- Identify gaps and take corrective action
Client & Workflow Ownership
- Serve as the operational owner for assigned clients
- Support client onboarding and transitions
Coverage & Continuity
- Manage staffing coverage
- Ensure cross-training and continuity
Essential Duties
Revenue Cycle Oversight: Lead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle process, including patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, coding, billing, payment posting, denials management, accounts receivable, and revenue integrity.
· Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of revenue cycle operations and ensure adherence to established benchmarks and goals.
· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce revenue leakage, and enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue cycle.
· Denial Management: Develop and implement strategies to minimize claim denials, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
· Compliance and Regulatory Compliance: At Zymeda Provider Solutions, Inc., we take compliance with federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards related to healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement very seriously. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our operations are always in line with these standards, giving our clients and stakeholders the confidence and security they need.
· Staff Training and Development: As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will have the opportunity to provide leadership, guidance, and training to revenue cycle staff. · Revenue Analysis and Reporting: Analyze revenue cycle data and trends to identify areas for improvement, evaluate financial performance, and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.
· Payer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with payers, including commercial insurers, government payers, and managed care organizations, to address reimbursement issues, negotiate contracts, and resolve disputes.
· Technology Utilization: Evaluate and implement revenue cycle management technology solutions, including electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing software, and revenue cycle analytics tools, to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS
- MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF FIVE YEARS RCM EXPERIENCE with a minimum of 2 years in RCM management.
- Proven People Management

This position is for a full-time, goal-oriented, revenue-driven, highly accurate and motivated individual. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our overall client billing and accounts receivable performance. Your responsibilities will include establishing, implementing, and controlling billing and accounts receivable processes, as well as supervising staff. Your work ethic and customer service will be the backbone of our Zymeda Provider Solutions, Inc. Team Culture. Your high personal and professional accountability will be instrumental in servicing our client's billing needs. Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Cycle Operations, your duties will encompass a wide range of day-to-day operational responsibilities.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
