Performance Eyecare is looking for a hands on, goal oriented optician who loves people, drives results, and keeps a busy optometry office moving.
Our opticians play a huge role in the patient experience. This position is about more than helping someone pick out a frame. The right person will build relationships, educate patients, recommend lens options with confidence, help patients understand their insurance benefits, and make sure they leave feeling cared for and excited about their eyewear.
We are looking for someone who loves people, enjoys sales, takes pride in follow through, and can keep a busy optical moving. This is not a “just take the order” position. We want someone who can connect with patients, explain value, support office goals, and jump in wherever the team needs help.
Our Culture
At Performance Eyecare, we work hard, care deeply, and believe the patient experience matters just as much as the eye exam itself.
We are a fast paced, people focused practice where teamwork is everything. Some days are busy, some days are unpredictable, and the best team members do not wait to be asked. They see what needs to be done and help move the office forward.
Our culture is built around our PERFICARE values:
- Positive attitude
- Enthusiastic energy
- Reliable follow through
- Flexible mindset
- Inquisitive problem solving
- Caring patient service
- Accountable ownership
- Respectful communication
